Grip where it's slippery

Ten hardened steel studs bite into ice and packed snow, so you keep your stride on the mornings everyone else stays inside.

On and off in seconds

The stretchy rubber harness pulls over the toe and heel of any running shoe. Reach clear asphalt? Take them off and put them in your pocket.

Made for running, not just walking

Low-profile studs and a slim rubber harness keep the weight down, so they feel like part of your shoe, not a pair of boots.

The things runners actually ask us

Everything below is about these ice cleats specifically — how they fit, how they run, and what to do if they aren't right for you.

1. Do they stay on when I run? +

Yes. The toe and heel loops hold the cleat tight around the shoe, so it stays in place through turns, hills and snowy paths.

2. What size should I take? +

Go by your shoe size: M fits EU 36-40, L fits EU 41-44 and XL fits EU 45-48. Between two sizes and running in high-stack shoes? Take the larger one.

3. Do they fit my running shoes? +

Yes. The rubber stretches over most running shoes, trainers and winter boots, including high-stack cushioned shoes.

4. Can I run normally with them? +

Yes. The studs are short and the harness is light, so your stride stays natural. On long stretches of clear, dry asphalt, take them off to save the studs.

5. How do I care for them? +

Rinse off salt and grit with lukewarm water after use and let them air dry. Don't dry them on a radiator, heat wears out the rubber.

6. What if they don't fit? +

Send them back within 30 days. Test them for real first – that's the only way to know.
