SECTION 7 – SHIPPING
We ship to Sweden, Norway, all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Orders are processed and shipped within 0–1 business days. Standard delivery time is 3–9 business days from the day your order is shipped. During peak season – Christmas, public holidays and the November sales weeks – or during heavy snowfall or storms, delivery may take a few extra days.
Shipping is free on all orders. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel has left our warehouse.
In the event of significant delivery delays, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
In addition, you always have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returns are sent to: Ecom Nordic Stockholm AB, Östhammarsgatan 70, 115 28 Stockholm, Sweden.
Returned products must be unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of being placed.
