The things runners actually ask us
Everything below is about these tights specifically — how they fit, how they hold up on a long run, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
Firm and held, not squeezed. You should notice the support around the calf and forget about it after the first kilometre. If they leave deep marks or make your feet feel cold, the size is too small.
Go by the size chart above rather than your usual size. Compression is meant to sit close, but don't size down to get more of it — that changes how the tension sits along the leg, and not for the better.
No. The knit stays opaque when the fabric stretches, in low morning sun and under floodlights.
There's no seam running through the inner thigh, which is where tights rub first. Knitted in one piece so there's nothing to catch.
Machine wash at 30°C inside out with similar colours, then air dry. Skip the tumble dryer and fabric softener — both break down the elastane, and once that's gone the compression goes with it.
Send them back within 30 days and we'll cover the return shipping. Run in them properly first — a couple of sessions tells you more than trying them on indoors.
