The things runners actually ask us
Everything below is about these sleeves specifically — how they fit, how they stay up, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
Measure the widest part of your thigh and match it to the size chart. If you fall between two sizes, take the smaller one — compression works by being snug, and a sleeve that fits loosely doesn't do much.
That's how most sleeves fail — sagging a little further every kilometre until you're stopping on a corner to pull them up. A silicone grip band at the top holds these in position from the first stride.
Full length, from mid-thigh down over the knee and calf to the ankle. They're one continuous sleeve rather than a separate knee and calf piece.
Yes. The knit is 2 mm, thin enough to sit under tights, shorts or trousers without bulking, and it doesn't bunch at the back of the knee when the leg bends.
Machine wash cold with like colours and let them air dry. Skip the tumble dryer and the fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and takes the stretch out of the knit over time.
Send them back within 30 days and we cover the return shipping. Take them through a few long runs and a hard session first.
