The things runners actually ask us
Everything below is about these socks specifically — how they fit, how they handle a long run, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
No. The cuff is a wide rib that holds around the ankle rather than gripping at one narrow point. That's the difference you feel at kilometre eight, when ordinary socks have already worked their way under the heel.
Check the size chart above and go by your shoe size. If you're between two sizes, take the smaller one — the knit has stretch and compression works best snug.
No. The compression sits across the arch and midfoot, firm enough to feel held but not restrictive. Plenty of people wear them all day, not just for running.
That's what they're built for. Heel and toe are reinforced where the shoe rubs, and the rest is knitted thin so heat doesn't build up. The same the whole way through.
Machine wash at 30°C with similar colours and air dry. Skip the tumble dryer and fabric softener — both break down the elastic that makes the compression work.
Send them back within 30 days and we'll pay the return shipping. Test them for real first – that's the only way to know.
