1. Do they fall out when I run?

No. The buds sit inside your ears and the soft ear hooks hold them in place, even on intervals and fast downhills
2. Which ear tip size should I use?

Medium tips are fitted from the start. Swap to small or large until the bud seals comfortably in your ear
3. Are they sweatproof?

Yes, they are rated IPX7 against sweat and rain. They are not made for swimming
4. Can I use them near traffic?

They sit inside your ears and block some sound. Keep the volume low or use one earbud when you run near traffic
5. Can I take calls?

Yes. The built-in microphone lets you answer calls without taking your phone out
6. What if it doesn't fit?

Try them on at home. If the size or fit isn't right, send them back within 30 days for a full refund
