Everything below is about these insoles specifically — how they fit, what they change, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
Pick your size above and they'll match the shoe you already run in. Lift out the insole that came with the shoe and put these in its place — they go in flat, not on top.
Not if you take out the original insole first. These replace it rather than sit on top of it. Most runners find the fit unchanged, some find it slightly snugger over the instep.
Give them a few shorter runs before a long one. The arch will feel more present than a flat factory insole at first — that's the point, but it takes a couple of sessions to stop noticing it.
Yes. They lift straight out. Plenty of runners buy one pair and move them between two shoes, though a second pair saves the swapping.
Take them out, wipe with a damp cloth and let them air dry away from radiators. Don't put them in the machine — heat and spinning break down the moulded foam.
Send them back within 30 days and we'll cover the return shipping. Run in them properly first — a few sessions tells you more than trying them on indoors.
