Yes. The EVA insole cushions every step, and the air mesh upper with mesh lining keeps your feet cool as the kilometres add up.
Yes. They work just as well on the treadmill as on roads, pavements and gravel paths.
Yes, but they're not waterproof. The rubber outsole grips on wet asphalt, but the air mesh upper is built to breathe, so it lets water through. Best for spring and autumn running.
Brush off dirt and wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let them air dry at room temperature – no washing machine, no tumble dryer, no radiator.
Send them back within 30 days. Test them for real first – that's the only way to know.
