1. How is it different from a reflector?

A reflector only shows when a headlight hits it. This band gives off its own light all the time
2. How do I charge it?

With the USB-C cable included – from a charger, power bank or computer
3. Can I use it in the rain?

Yes. It is splash-resistant (IPX4), made for wet autumn runs
4. Where can I wear it?

On your upper arm, wrist or ankle. The band is about 38.5 cm long and adjustable
5. How do I clean it?

Wipe it with a damp cloth. Make sure the charging port is dry before charging
6. What if it doesn't fit?

Try them on at home. If the size or fit isn't right, send them back within 30 days for a full refund
