The things runners actually ask us
Everything below is about these shorts specifically — how they fit, how they handle a phone, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
That's what the silicone strip along the inside of the liner leg is for. It grips the skin rather than sliding on it, so the liner holds its position through the full stride. That's also what stops the friction where the thighs meet.
The pocket sits on the inner liner, on the part of the leg that moves least, and the liner holds it flat against the muscle. It stays there through intervals and hills. Nothing shows from the outside.
S to 4XL. Take your usual size — the cut isn't compression, and the waistband has enough give to sit flat without gripping. If you're between sizes, size up.
Long enough to cover the liner completely — the liner is cut so it doesn't show below the outer hem. Check the measurements in the size guide for the exact inseam.
Cold wash, inside out, no fabric softener. Softener coats the fibres and stops the fabric moving sweat the way it's meant to. Hang to dry — no tumble dryer, and don't iron the silicone strip.
Send them back within 30 days for a full refund. Run in them first, with your phone in the pocket, on a hot day. If anything rides up, chafes or bounces, that's what the return is for. We cover the return shipping.
