The things runners actually ask us
Everything below is about these socks specifically — how they fit, how they hold up over distance, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
Order one size up from your usual size. These run small, and a compression sock that's too tight loses the point of the compression. If you're between sizes, go up rather than down.
That's the failure everyone's had. The ribbed knit grips the leg the whole way up, so there's no creeping down under the heel collar at kilometre four and nothing bunching under the arch.
Light and firm rather than medical-grade. Knitted through the foot and ankle for a locked-in feel — enough to notice on the first run, not enough to think about on the tenth. Nothing clamps down.
Four pairs in every order. Enough to get through a training week without doing a wash halfway.
Machine wash cold with like colours and let them air dry. Skip the tumble dryer and the fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and takes the stretch out of the knit over time.
Send them back within 30 days and we cover the return shipping. Take them over a few long runs first — socks are judged over distance, not in the packet.
