The things runners actually ask us
Everything below is about these shorts specifically — how they fit, how the pocket works, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
That's the problem they're built to remove. The fitted liner underneath holds its position while the outer layer moves freely on top, so there's no riding up at two hundred metres and no rubbing where the thighs meet.
The pocket sits on the inner liner, against the thigh where the leg moves least, and the liner holds it flat against the muscle. It stays put through easy runs, tempo and strides. Keys go in with it.
The pocket is cut deep enough for a standard smartphone to sit fully inside, flat rather than wedged. A thick case makes it tighter — take the case off if it doesn't sit flush.
XS to XXL. Take your usual size. The waistband is wide and high-rise with enough give to sit flat without digging in, so there's no need to size up for the waist alone.
Take the phone and keys out first. Cold wash, inside out, no fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and stops the fabric moving moisture the way it's meant to. Hang to dry, no tumble dryer.
Send them back within 30 days for a full refund. Take them on a long run in the heat with your phone in the pocket — that's the test. If anything rides up, rubs or bounces, we cover the return shipping.
