The things runners actually ask us
Everything below is about these shorts specifically — how they fit, what goes in the pockets, and what to do if they aren't right for you.
It sits inside the waistband itself, not in a pouch hanging off it. The band wraps the phone against your lower back and hips, so it moves with you instead of swinging on its own. Large phones fit — a case adds thickness, so a slim one works best.
The hem has a flat bound edge that grips the leg without digging in, and the fit is close the whole way down. That is what stops the creep. If you are between sizes, size down rather than up — a loose compression short is the one that rides.
Sizes run S to XXL, measured on the waist. If you are between two, go with the smaller one. Full measurements are in the size chart above.
Yes. The profile is flat enough to layer under a looser running short without bunching. The waistband pocket still works — just check you can reach the opening with the outer layer on.
Cold machine wash, hang to dry. Skip the tumble dryer and fabric softener, both of which break down the elastic over time. Take the phone out first.
Send them back within 30 days and we cover the return shipping. Try them on a real run, not just in the hallway — the fit only tells you something once you are moving.
